Shipping + Handling

Domestic

• The PeachOrchid ships all items via USPS. Items are processed in the order they are received and most items are shipped within 3-5 business days of order being placed. Expedited orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped before the 3rd day. All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Atlanta, GA. All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following Monday; and all orders placed on National / USPS Holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

• We work diligently to get your order to you in a timely fashion, but we can’t guarantee delivery times. During peak times such as the holiday season and promotions, processing time can be extended to 5-7 business days.

• You can track your order at anytime with the USPS tracking number provided via email once your order has been processed.

• The PeachOrchid is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen please contact us via e-mail at info@thepeachorchid.com so that we can provide you with the next steps.

• Orders over 150.00 require signature confirmation at the time of delivery.

• Th shipping and billing address must match or your order will be subject to review and canceled.
