Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s) you may return item(s) for a store credit.
Contact us at info@thepeachorchid.com within 3 days of the delivery date to begin the return process.
No returns will be accepted after the 3 day window has passed.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Items must be free of stains, deodorant, odors, perfume, makeup, or wear to receive store credit.
Bodysuits and accessories are not eligible for return.
All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E- Gift card.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered.
A restocking fee is deducted from your store credit for items shipped with a free shipping promotion.
All shipping fees are non refundable and we do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
We recommend that you return your items via a reputable shipper that provides a tracking number and/or insurance, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email info@thepeachorchid.com for assistance before returning.
The PeachOrchid reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
· An irregular or excessive returns history
· An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
· Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
